- 900 EURO Early bird IIA members registration before 30 June 2026

- 1.300 EURO Regular non-members
All prices quoted are exclusive of 21 % VAT. The applicable VAT rate is the rate in effect on the date of the registration. The specific registration fees applicable are listed on the conference webpage.

Payment Guidelines
We encourage online payments of conference registration fees.
- After online payment, an invoice will be made and sent to the registrant by email and the reservation will be confirmed. All online payments are processed via a secure online payment module included in the ECIIA 2026 Conference registration form. Registration fees will be charged in EUR.
- For payments made by bank transfer, all bank charges must be covered by the participant and may not be deducted from the amount remitted. An invoice will be made and sent to the registrant by email.
Payment Terms
- Upon registration, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the registrant based on the selected payment method.
- Registration for the ECIIA Conference 2026 is not confirmed or reserved until full payment is received. It is highly recommended to pay upon registration to guarantee a place at the conference.
- All invoice payments are due fifteen (15) days from the registration date.
- The registration fee is determined by the date of registration.
- Access to the conference and all related events is only possible after full payment has been received.
Group registrations and discount codes
- Group discounts are applicable as of 5 tickets:
- Between 5 - 9 tickets: 5% discount
- For 10+ : 10 % discount
- Exclusive discounts may be applied for more tickets sold in bulk (20+). Please contact us by email to eciia2026@iiabelgium.org
- The group discount only applies within the same invoice/order. Multiple tickets must be purchased at once and under one Purchase Order number.
- Discount codes must be entered during conference registration. Codes obtained after registration are not valid and cannot be submitted.
Cancellation policy
- All tickets are non-refundable. All sales are final, and we do not offer a money-back guarantee. By paying for your ticket, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances.
- If you are unable to attend the conference we welcome replacement delegates to attend in your place, provided that we are notified of your replacement’s name at least 10 working days in advance and have received full payment. Please notify us of any replacements via eciia2026@iiabelgium.org. All changes will be subject to a charge of EUR 50.
- No refund will be given in the event of non-attendance.
- The fee will not be refunded should the format of the conference be switched into virtual or postponed.
Conference participation and personal data
Your personal dat will be used to:
- process your payments to facilitate your participation at the conference
- provide you with information about the conference, including the program and logistical matters
- provide you with other information that we believe may be of interest to conference participants
A list of participants can be shared with the other conference participants and sponsors. The purpose of this is to enable conference participants to contact each other before or after the conference for networking purposes.
All other registration details provided will be treated confidentially.
